Vote now for the 2009 Top 50 Tweeples to Follow on Twitter. You can vote once for up to 50 people. Voting ends on August 28 at 12 noon, CST.
Think of this as the “people’s choice” of Twitter.
Each nominee is listed in alphabetical order with their area(s) of expertise they were nominated in.
NOTE: Nominations that did not follow the nomination rules were not accepted. Nominations were accepted from August 9 though August 18 (and closed at 12 noon CST).
UPDATE 1: Please note that the Twitter ID listed for @cheeky_geeky is not correct (there is no underscore). You can still vote for him. If he is selected as a Top 50, his ID will be updated at that time. Unfortunately, the poll cannot be edited.
UPDATE 2: Apparently some tweeted nominations were lost because of the search capabilities at Search.Twitter.com. I have added a second list of voting options below the first list. Please scroll down past this first list to see all of the nominations. While this list is meant to be fun, I apologize to anyone who was not included on the original list.
The is not meant to be a “vote for me” contest, but a chance for others to selflessly promote their Twitter favorites.

Well, Sarah, I must say I’m quite dissapointed with this list of yours. There are no ppl who REALLY KNOW how to use twitter for their both online and offline success like @ittybiz, @remarkablogger, @ludwikc, @zaibatsu or @perrybelcher.
These guys really know their stuff and if I were you I’d add a separate list for them – they filtering out all the BS and tweeting loads of the best stuff in fields of productivity, personal effectiveness, online business, branding and overall success.
OK, enough sweetening, LOL. Do whatever you want, but IMO these folks are really good. Cheers!
