		<description>I agree relationship is very important to keep before your tasks. You should always prioritze and make sure one does not interfere with the other but if they have to. Relationship should always come first.</description>

		<description>Yeah you know this is something that I used to struggle with immensely, but I&#039;ve been getting better at it, and I have been understanding that its important to make time for the more important things in life, and things in life that will stay with you longer and will be a part of your life longer, as opposed to do something that may be a short term thing.

Back when I used to game alot, I would put gaming as my #1 priority, an everything else was based around my gaming habits, while I still game I&#039;ve gotten much better at understanding and know when its time to skip the game to do something that will have a more life time impact on me.

I have to agree with Kathy in her above comment--jobs that are very heavily &quot;task-driven&quot; are much more challenging for me. Many organizations/companies--particularly non-profits don&#039;t necessarily make time nor give space to the relationship building aspects which can definitely do more harm than good for the PR/Communications staff.</description>
