Back when I used to game alot, I would put gaming as my #1 priority, an everything else was based around my gaming habits, while I still game I've gotten much better at understanding and know when its time to skip the game to do something that will have a more life time impact on me. Many organizations/companies--particularly non-profits don't necessarily make time nor give space to the relationship building aspects which can definitely do more harm than good for the PR/Communications staff.
