ATTENTION Class of 2010: I want to help you find a job
- 19 Comment
Calling all Class of 2010 PR students. You’re probably looking for a job, right? I remember what it was like (and don’t miss it at all) In the spirit of Help a PR Pro Out (HAPPO), I want to help you find your dream job.
I will feature 15 of you wonderful job seekers this Friday on PRsarahevans.com.
That means it’s time to put your creative writing hats on and pen (or type) a 100-words or less response to the following: “A day in the life at my dream job goes like this…”
This is a chance to show off your skills and give employers an opportunity to see if have a shared vision.
I’ll select my favorite 15 responses and feature them in a post which will, hopefully, bring all one step closer to starting a long and happy professional career.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Send your response to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name, Twitter ID and a link to your online bio. The deadline for submissions is Thursday at 4 p.m. CDT.
To be considered, you must be a communications, PR or journalism major graduating in 2010 and follow the submission guidelines exactly. If there are errors or information missing, the submission will be disqualified. Please proofread your work.
Help a PR Pro Out Day is designed to help connect PR job seekers with employers looking for top talent. Follow the #HAPPO hashtag on Twitter Friday, April 30th between 12 noon and 2pm eastern.
