    Those are interesting facts. I am not surprised in the lack of customer service by facebook. And really surprised at the fact that 25% of people over 50 use social media to stay connected. My dad got looped into facebook threw the Navy to stay in touch with his classmates.

    Very interesting stat. To me the biggest one is how mobile internet use will surpass pc internet use within 5 years. Phones are advancing a lot, but I am just so much more comfortable using a pc or laptop instead of a cell phone.
