Sevans Network: For PR, communications students and new pros

The Sevans Network for public relations and communications students and new professionals launched yesterday. It’s a private network that offers everything from career advice to internship wikis to real-time support from peers.
The Sevans Strategy team is dedicating a significant amount of time to helping new professionals grow and network. Strong believers in abundance and karma, all will be shared on this network: tips, tools, actual resources and, hopefully, offer opportunities to give members experience and ULTIMATELY a job.
The network is accessible via invitation only.

Out of curiosity, why did you choose to make this network invite only? I see that the link above counts as an invite, but to me it seems that it would still limit membership volume. Perhaps that is the plan to ensure you can give adequate help to all members.

Lol, Sarah you are becoming quite the spam magnet. It’s amazing that people actually take the time to spam like that. I guess it likely doesn’t take them much time if they are using automated software. You really should try to block some of that spam so that they don’t lower the quality of this blog. Then again, I’m sure you are extremely busy with the launch of this new network.
