    Its nice to see the FTC implementing rules and regulations like this but there are times where it seems like it would be hard to monitor and regulate. Such as the True and False slide that you mentioned about the restaurant offering a free meal.

    @TreeLover, you are right it will always be hard to monitor. Though ti does seem like the technologies are allowing to be more easily monitored, and the speed at which its doing that seems also be increasing!

    That is really interesting. I didn’t realize some of the things the presentation pointed out. I always knew about disclosure but for a company like Ann Taylor to take the initiative to make sure people are doing the proper thing.
